Empty Vapes ships empty vaping hardware to registered B2B buyers. Where we hold EU stock it ships fast from our Schijndel (NL) warehouse; everything else is produced to order by our vetted manufacturing partners and shipped from China.

Minimum order quantities
- MOQ 500 units for made-to-order production.
- 1-unit samples are available on most SKUs so you can evaluate before committing to a run.
- Device-printed custom logo requires MOQ 1,000. Below that we offer sticker / label branding instead.
Customisation & branding
We offer custom logo, colour and packaging on most hardware. Custom branding carries a one-time tooling / setup fee plus a per-unit print charge, quoted per project. Logo and packaging can be added to any order, tell us what you need and we’ll include it in your quote.
Payment terms
Standard terms are 100% payment up front. Alternative terms for larger orders are considered case by case. Any one-time tooling / mould fee is payable in full up front.
Duties, VAT & import
Prices shown are ex-VAT and ex-duty and do not include freight unless quoted. Empty Vapes is a sourcing marketplace for empty vaping hardware (no cannabinoids, no e-liquid), B2B only. Buyers are responsible for product registration and import compliance in their own market. Documentation is provided for guidance and is not legal advice.
